Breastfeeding Classes
We offer both in-person and virtual classes designed for all stages of your breastfeeding experience. Topics include:
- Preparing for breastfeeding during pregnancy
- How to establish a good breastfeeding routine in the first few days
- Returning to work while breastfeeding
- Weaning and transitioning to solid foods
Breastfeeding Peer Counselors
Our peer counselors—moms who have successfully breastfed—provide encouragement, practical advice, and emotional support. These peer counselors understand the joys and challenges of breastfeeding and are available to help you in person, by phone, or online.
Access to Breastfeeding Supplies
At the Lactation Support Center, we can help connect you to essential breastfeeding supplies, including:
- Manual or electric breast pumps
- Nursing pads and storage bags
- Nipple shields and other breastfeeding aids
